YIPLAS polyurethane adhesive is environmental friendly product, made from MDI or HDI as base materials, mixed with antioxidant, anti-UV object, catalyst and other additive. It's main features are buffering, sound absorbing, tensile strength, good elongation at break, etc. These features are mostly in deciding rubber flooring’s quality. To ensure adhesive’s good performance, homogeneous disperse of filler, polyether, DOP, etc. And curing agent’s reasonable proportion is emphasized as well.

Instruction

Suggested ratio of adhesive and SBR is 1:7, adhesive and EPDM is 1:5.

Work condition: with in 35-40% air humidity, needs 8 hours curing time.

While air humidity reaches 75%, construction is not recommended.

Other suggestion is depended on the kind of the rubber flooring.

Application

Can be used for plastic ground and rubber mat production, such as: track and field, children’s amusement parks, sidewalks and community leisure, etc.
